Hi there. A good way of generating a peaceful happy minfd is tofocus on things we can all be greatful for. This is more in a meditiation style than a relaxation visulisation. Meditiation is more about genertaing a relaxed focus rather than complete relaxtion. Also please find a qulaified mediation teacher, which I am not. My teacher Kelsang Luma is from the Kadampa Tibetan Buddhism tradition. Please enjoy
