Service Description

As the joint cartilage gets worse the joint fluid thins out. I inject Hyaluronic Acid (HA) - the molecule that normally makes up your normal joint fluid. My usual brans I need is Durolane of Cingal. I clean the knee using operation grade disinfectant and after putting local anaesthetic into the skin take away any extra fluid before putting 4 to 6 mls of the new lubrication fluid into the knee.
